What is MASTERPIXTM by Corning®?
MASTERPIXTM by Corning® is a new way to commemorate your most cherished moments. Featuring thin, lightweight, durable Corning® Gorilla® Glass in a glossy or matte finish, MASTERPIX photos are vibrant, colorful and clear. The glass is scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. And you don't even need a frame — the photo is ready to display right out of the box if you choose.

MASTERPIX is available 24/7 to accept your orders. Corning's regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm (IST).

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

What glass finishes are available to order?
You can choose from two glass finishes when creating your MASTERPIX prints: glossy or matte.

What is the difference between "glossy" and "matte" finish?
The glossy finish has a very shiny, reflective surface. Colors are crisp and vibrant. The matte finish has an anti-glare surface, which provides for a softer, muted appearance.

What sizes are available to order?

What is our standard glass thickness?
Our standard glass thickness is 1.1 mm. However , some larger sizes are of 1.5 mm thickness.

How is MASTERPIX different from other glass prints?
MASTERPIX photos are printed to very thin glass which enables the true colors of your photos to shine. The photos are also incredibly durable. Featuring Corning® Gorilla® Glass, they are scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. Corning Gorilla Glass is chemically strengthened to resist damage and breakage, making it some of the toughest glass on earth - and the perfect material to preserve your memories for years to come.

How should I display my MASTERPIX photo(s)?
There are several ways you can display your MASTERPIX photos: in a stand, mounted on the wall, or in a standard picture frame.

How do I mount my MASTERPIX photo(s) on the wall?
We provide mounting stickers with your order.

Can I put my MASTERPIX photo in a standard picture frame?
Yes, you can! MASTERPIX photos don't require a frame - they come out of the box ready to display on a wall, desk, mantle or bookshelf. But if you choose, you can frame MASTERPIX photos just like a normal photograph and create whatever aesthetic you desire.

How do I clean my MASTERPIX photo(s)?
We recommend using an anti-static cloth, the same cloth you use to clean your television screen or computer monitor.

e-GIFT CARDS

What is an e-Gift Card?
Our e-Gift Cards work just like regular gift cards; however, when you purchase an e-Gift Card, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card that has a unique code. You can use this code to purchase your MASTERPIX photos.

Please note: MASTERPIX™ by Corning® e-Gift Cards can only be used to purchase MASTERPIX™ by Corning® products and no other products offered by Corning.

How do I apply an e-Gift Card to my order?
After you’ve selected, perfected and added your MASTERPIX photo to your cart, you then proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process, you can apply your unique e-Gift Card code to your order.

Can I reload my e-Gift Card once I’ve used the balance?
No, you cannot reload (add more credit) to an e-Gift Card. Once you’ve used the balance on the card, the e-Gift Card is no longer active. You can always purchase another one, though!

Can an e-Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, but only if there is a remaining balance on the card.

How do I check my e-Gift Card balance?
Your balance will be displayed in the checkout after you’ve entered and applied your e-Gift Card to your order. You can also check the balance by clicking your e-Gift Card link that you received via email.

Does my e-Gift Card have an expiration date?
No, there is no expiration date for your e-Gift Card. There are also no dormancy, inactivity or service fees applied to our e-Gift Cards.

Can more than one e-Gift Card be used toward a purchase?
Yes. You can apply multiple e-Gift Card codes to your order.

Will my e-Gift Card cover shipping and taxes?
Yes, but only if the total of your order is less than the dollar amount of your e-Gift Card. The balance on your card is applied to the final order total, which includes shipping and taxes.

When redeeming my e-Gift Card can I use a discount code, too?
Yes, you can use a discount code when redeeming your e-Gift Card.

Please note: e-Gift Cards can only be purchased at face value – discount codes cannot be applied to your order when purchasing an e-Gift Card.

UPLOADING/EDITING QUESTIONS

How do I upload my picture(s)?
Visit our Shop Now page and select the glass finish, product size and orientation you'd like to order. You'll then be asked to upload your photo by following the ordering instructions provided. Remember to select which border style you’d like: full bleed or glass border!

Who do I contact if I'm having trouble uploading my photo?
If you are having trouble uploading your photo, please email masterpixindia@corning.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

What kinds of pictures should I upload? Can I upload photos taken by a professional photographer?
Upload photos of your cherished moments and commemorate them on MASTERPIXTM by Corning®. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to ensure you own the copyright for the photos you upload to our site.

What are the resolution and size requirements for the photos I upload?
There is a 20MB maximum file size – update as per uploadery App info. Resolution and size requirements vary depending on the size of the print you would like to order. During the upload process, you will receive a warning message if the photo you uploaded does not meet the requirements.

How long will it take to print and ship my MASTERPIX photos?
On average, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days. We take great care to ensure the highest quality finished product.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Do you have a warranty on your products?
Corning takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure the products we sell are free from manufacturing defects. Customers can request a replacement or refund of damaged product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.

Corning will have no liability for any products which have been misused, mishandled, stored or used in extreme environmental conditions, installed, handled, displayed, or used other than in accordance with instructions provided by Corning, or intentionally or recklessly damaged by you or any third party. Corning does not guarantee or warranty that its products will work for any unintended purpose or in any set of conditions. Please see our Terms of Service.
